RadNuvo is a fitness, wellness, and cycling-training platform operated by Rad Nutrition, LLC. It provides training plans, structured workouts, readiness guidance, performance analytics, and general nutrition guidance.

RadNuvo is not a healthcare provider, medical service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care.

Important safety notice

Exercise can involve serious risks, including overexertion, dehydration, heat illness, accidents, injury, cardiovascular events, and death. No training plan, readiness score, workout adjustment, or other RadNuvo feature can determine whether exercise is safe for you.

Always use your own judgment. Never begin or continue a workout when you believe doing so may be unsafe, regardless of what RadNuvo recommends.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, stop exercising and contact emergency services immediately. In the United States, call 911.

1. General fitness and wellness information

RadNuvo’s plans, workouts, readiness recommendations, analytics, and nutrition guidance are provided for general fitness, wellness, educational, and informational purposes.

They are not intended to:

  • Diagnose a disease, injury, or health condition
  • Detect a medical emergency
  • Treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent a disease
  • Replace advice from a physician or other qualified professional
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy
  • Determine that you are medically fit to exercise

Using RadNuvo does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, dietitian-client, or professional coaching relationship.

2. Consult a qualified healthcare professional

Consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise program, particularly if you:

  • Have a cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, or other medical condition
  • Are pregnant or recently gave birth
  • Have an injury, recurring pain, or unexplained symptoms
  • Take medication that may affect heart rate, blood pressure, hydration, balance, or exercise tolerance
  • Have been advised to restrict or medically supervise physical activity
  • Are returning after surgery, serious illness, or an extended period of inactivity
  • Are uncertain whether a planned workout is appropriate for you

Follow the instructions of your healthcare professionals even when those instructions conflict with a RadNuvo recommendation.

3. Stop exercising when symptoms occur

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical care if you experience symptoms such as:

  • Chest pain, pressure, squeezing, or unusual discomfort
  • Severe or unusual shortness of breath
  • Fainting, near-fainting, severe dizziness, or confusion
  • A new or concerning irregular or unusually rapid heartbeat
  • Sudden weakness, numbness, difficulty speaking, or other possible signs of a neurological emergency
  • Severe pain, loss of coordination, or a suspected serious injury
  • Any symptom that feels dangerous, unusual, or significantly different from your normal exercise response

This list is not exhaustive. Do not wait for RadNuvo to detect a problem or change your workout.

4. Readiness scores and health-related guidance

RadNuvo may evaluate information such as subjective wellness, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, recent training load, workout response, fueling, and environmental stress. It may use these inputs to produce a readiness score or suggest preserving, reducing, replacing, adding, or removing training.

These outputs are estimates—not medical assessments or guarantees of safety.

A high readiness score does not confirm that you are healthy, recovered, or safe to exercise. A workout downgrade or rest recommendation does not guarantee that a medical condition has been identified or that further care is unnecessary.

Readiness guidance may be incomplete or incorrect because of:

  • Missing, delayed, inaccurate, or improperly entered data
  • Normal measurement error and daily biological variation
  • Device or integration failures
  • Differences between individuals
  • Health conditions that fitness data cannot detect
  • Circumstances the system does not know about

If RadNuvo’s guidance conflicts with your symptoms, professional advice, or personal judgment, choose the safer course and consult an appropriate professional.

5. Wearables, imported data, and connected services

Information imported from fitness trackers, heart-rate monitors, power meters, sleep trackers, training platforms, and other connected services may contain measurement errors, interruptions, delays, or incorrect classifications.

RadNuvo cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or medical significance of third-party data.

Even when data is imported automatically, RadNuvo is not a real-time health-monitoring or emergency-alert service. Never rely on RadNuvo or a connected device to identify or respond to a medical emergency.

6. Training plans and generated workouts

RadNuvo uses rider information and rule-based planning logic to generate training plans and workouts. Exercise response varies significantly between individuals, and no generated plan can account for every relevant physical, medical, environmental, or personal factor.

RadNuvo does not guarantee that a plan or workout will:

  • Be safe or appropriate for every rider
  • Prevent injury, illness, fatigue, or overtraining
  • Produce a particular fitness or performance result
  • Accurately predict future performance
  • Remain appropriate after your circumstances change

Review each workout before starting it. You are responsible for deciding whether its duration, intensity, terrain, environment, and technical demands are appropriate for you.

Reduce, modify, postpone, or stop training whenever necessary.

7. Outdoor, indoor, and environmental safety

You remain responsible for selecting a safe place, route, device setup, and environment for every workout.

When riding outdoors:

  • Obey traffic laws and trail rules
  • Use appropriate safety equipment
  • Evaluate traffic, terrain, visibility, weather, and surface conditions
  • Avoid interacting with the app while the bicycle is moving
  • Do not follow a workout instruction when doing so would create an unsafe situation

When training indoors, ensure that your bicycle, trainer, ventilation, hydration, electrical equipment, and surrounding area are safely configured.

Environmental information available to RadNuvo may be missing, delayed, or inaccurate. Independently evaluate heat, cold, air quality, altitude, storms, and other local hazards.

8. Nutrition and hydration guidance

RadNuvo’s carbohydrate, protein, fueling, and hydration recommendations are general estimates based on available rider and workout information. They are not individualized medical nutrition therapy or a prescribed diet.

Actual needs may differ because of body composition, medical conditions, medications, allergies, food intolerances, climate, sweat rate, workout demands, and gastrointestinal tolerance.

Consult a physician or registered dietitian when appropriate, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, an eating disorder, gastrointestinal concerns, food allergies, or another condition affected by nutrition or hydration.

Stop using any recommendation that causes concerning symptoms or appears inappropriate for your health needs.

9. Performance metrics and predictions

Fitness, fatigue, form, FTP, training load, power curves, heart-rate thresholds, event-load estimates, and future projections are mathematical estimates. They may be affected by inaccurate data, incomplete training history, modeling assumptions, device differences, and normal individual variation.

These metrics should be interpreted as training-planning tools—not medical measurements, guarantees, or precise predictions of future health or performance.

10. Research-informed guidance and limitations

RadNuvo’s planning rules are informed by endurance-training research and established cycling practice. Research describes patterns across populations and does not guarantee that a recommendation will be appropriate for a particular individual.

Scientific understanding and accepted practices can also change over time. Describing a feature as research-informed does not mean that it has been clinically validated for every user, condition, or circumstance.

11. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Reviewing recommendations before following them
  • Monitoring how you feel before, during, and after exercise
  • Using appropriate equipment and selecting safe conditions
  • Following professional medical advice
  • Stopping or modifying training when necessary

Your use of RadNuvo is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

12. Questions or safety concerns

If a RadNuvo feature appears to provide unsafe, inappropriate, or incorrect guidance, do not follow the recommendation. Contact us through the RadNuvo support page and include enough information for us to investigate the issue.

For medical questions, symptoms, or concerns about your ability to exercise, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
